2. The Nature of Our Products

We sell 100% natural, wild-harvested products (Shilajit, Honey, Saffron, Tea). Because our products come from nature and not a factory, slight variations in color, texture, and taste may occur from batch to batch.

  • Our Promise: These variations are a sign of purity, not a defect.
  • The Policy: We guarantee the quality of every jar, but we cannot guarantee that this season's honey will taste exactly the same as last season's. Nature changes, and so does the harvest.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

This is important: We are passionate about natural wellness, but we are not doctors.

  • The information provided on this website and our products (including Shilajit and Honey) is for educational purposes only.
  • Our products are natural food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Usage: If you are pregnant, nursing, have a serious medical condition, or are taking prescription medication, please consult your physician before using potent supplements like Shilajit.

4. Orders & Accuracy

We work hard to ensure our inventory and pricing are accurate. However, errors sometimes happen.

  • Right to Cancel: Desi Nectar reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock, or if there was a pricing error on the website.
  • Refunds: If we must cancel your order, we will issue a full refund immediately and notify you via email/phone.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship our products across Pakistan (and international locations where applicable).

Timelines:

  • Peshawar: Same-day delivery. We aim to reach you within 1–3 hours.
  • Rest of Pakistan: Standard delivery arrives within 1–3 days. 

Please note: While we work fast, delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or public holidays are out of our control.

  • Responsibility: Once the package leaves our facility, we trust our courier partners to deliver it safely. If your package arrives damaged, please see Section 6 below.

6. Returns, Refunds & Damages

We want you to shop with 100% confidence.

  • Broken/Damaged Items: If your jar arrives broken or leaked, we offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee or Free Replacement. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage.
  • Change of Mind: Due to the nature of food and hygiene safety, we generally cannot accept returns on opened jars unless the product is defective.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on this website—including the Desi Nectar logo, product images, text, and videos—is the property of Desi Nectar.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who uses abusive language with our support team or attempts to engage in fraudulent transactions. Kindness goes a long way!

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be settled within the jurisdiction of the courts of Peshawar, KPK.
