Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns for:
- Damaged products upon delivery
- Incorrect items received
- Quality issues identified at the time of delivery
How to Request a Refund
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review your request and process refunds for valid claims.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
